About the Role

As a Project Manager - Operations, you will play a key role in the Operations team. You will bridge the gap between customers, product development and the sales team. In addition to developing and managing our delivery capacity, you will through thorough understanding of the product and its capabilities, guide and demonstrate to customers how the product will positively impact their business. 

You will ideally have a technical project management background, passionate about delivering high quality results to customers. Familiarity with the fields of AI and electric grids is meritting but not a requirement - we have a team of experts that will help you get up to speed. 

Job responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Be a product expert and advise our customers on various aspects of our product and the broader value chain; such as best practices within data collection, data storage and handling, Arkion’s AI, infosec, asset management integrations and relevant technology in general.
• Bridge the gap and coordinate between customers, product development and the sales team.
• Run Proof of Concepts of our platform with target customers to prove our excellence and the value we provide.
• Oversee the scoping and implementation of large-scale projects (managing project time frames and resources to make sure we deliver results on time and according to expectations)
• Quality assure asset analytics before they are released to customers
• Own and continuously update our manuals for asset analytics to ensure that we standardize our operations and deliver highest possible quality results to our customers
• Track and monitor analytics on operational efficiency to manage capacity and avoid bottlenecks.
• Communicate and coordinate internally to make sure all relevant teams are aligned on project scope and deadlines 
• Communicate and coordinate with customers and partners to make sure all parties fully understand the product, project scope and expectations  
• Build lasting partnerships for Arkion with both customers and partners in the ecosystem.
• Run regular meetings with customers where the results are reported, value visualized, identifying next steps and new opportunities
• Proactively identify and share customer insights, challenges and feedback with the internal team to foster improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Extensive project management experience
• Higher academic degree from a top university (ideally engineering)
• Strong technical background / interest preferred, ideally a special interest in electrical engineering
• Fluency in English (written as well as verbal). Additional languages (especially Spanish and Portugese) meritting.
• Preferably international work and/or study experience
• Work authorization for this opportunity (EU work permit)
